Pizzeria, a synonym for home, a soul place. The place where everything started. Where our life story exists and lives. Where ancient techniques and traditions are strictly adopted. Where the best food products we can get strengthen their flavors, aromas and colors of our dishes. Where  when the working hours are over we gather around the table with the desire and happiness to share dinner. Where the pizzeria becomes a creativity lab so as to offer unique combinations of flawless quality and taste. Where everything is the result of a great team effort. Where we enjoy the pleasure of cooking for others and make them happy. Where Crosta comes to life!

We've been thinking about a pizzeria for a very long time. The time has come and we are working here to give you the best pizza we've ever made. Reintroducing those agricultural products, those flavors of the past and proposing them in contemporary recipes again with the hope that this operation will give meaning to our work. An example: the Ancient tomatoes of San Marzano.  It has a sweet and sour taste, bright red color, compact flesh without seeds and a classic elongated shape. With this gem, we prepare our Marinara and Margherita pizzas: what a smell and what a taste!
