Both born in Argentina, where bolognese is almost as relevant as carne asada, executive chef Andres Rodas and partner Andres Whang felt naturally drawn to Italian cuisine. Rodas is far from new to the culinary world, having worked 20+ years at Cipriani and Bice where he not only learned to give excellent service, but also discovered that good food starts with the freshest ingredients.
